Membership Credentialing Requirements

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP
|
|
Requirements
- 1 day ~ 7 hours of Certified Mini Dental Implant Training
|
|
FELLOWSHIP
|
|
Requirements
- Current General Membership Status ~ AND ~
- 10 Case studies of denture stabilization
- 5 Case studies of single or multiple teeth replacement to be presented at the annual meeting
|
|
MASTERSHIP
|
Requirements
- Current Fellowship Status ~ AND ~
- At least 3 full arch reconstruction cases utilizing either a combination of natural teeth and or conventional implants combined with MDIs or MDIs entirely by themselves also to be presented at the annual meeting.
