Membership Credentialing Requirements

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP

Requirements

• 1 day ~ 7 hours of Certified Mini Dental Implant Training

FELLOWSHIP

Requirements

• Current General Membership Status ~ AND ~
• 10 Case studies of denture stabilization
• 5 Case studies of single or multiple teeth replacement to be presented at the annual meeting

MASTERSHIP

• Current Fellowship Status ~ AND ~
• At least 3 full arch reconstruction cases utilizing either a combination of natural teeth and or conventional implants combined with MDIs or MDIs entirely by themselves also to be presented at the annual meeting.

• 2 extra oral – 1 profile & 1 frontal

POST OPERATIVE
Immediate Post Operative x-ray
6 months Post Operative x-ray
